Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be offered once the file has been downloaded. Or in other words, this is a digital product, there are no refunds given. However, in the rare circumstance a digital product file is corrupt or non-retrievable, please reach out to me on Instagram or by email (listed on invoice) with an order number so I can resend the download link and correct the situation.

Please check your SPAM folders or labeled/categorized folders in your email! Add me to the whitelist to ensure you received your link and any subsequent emails.

The link in the email will last 48 Hours, which is a common practice for digital product purchases to maintain the privacy and safety of both client and seller when purchasing a product.
